On the Aprutian hills, at around 300 m, we cultivate our silver trees, from which the term Magno  originates: an extravergin olive oil, the result of a careful blend, derived from the autochthonous cultivars of greatest quality, which originate in the Vestin area.

Trees cultivated organically, without the use of pesticides; a manual harvest of the olives, which are collected in small crates, followed by rapid cold pressing and subsequent conservation in an inert atmosphere are just some of the techniques that characterise this “heroic” agriculture – beyond traditional schemes!

The high content of polyphenols and very low levels of peroxides characterise the high quality of this little masterpiece of flavour.
